Referral Program

• The Hello Luxury Vacation Cruise Referral Rewards Program (“Program”) rewards eligible clients who refer new clients to Hello Luxury Vacation who subsequently book a qualifying cruise through Hello Luxury Vacation.

1. Eligibility

A New Client is a person who:

• Has not previously made a paid booking through Hello Luxury Vacation; and
• Does not have an existing active reservation with Hello Luxury Vacation at the time of the referral.

The referred guest must be a genuine New Client who independently chooses to book a qualifying cruise through Hello Luxury Vacation. 

The referrer may travel on the same cruise or reservation as the referred guest, provided the referred guest is a genuine New Client and the booking is not made primarily for the purpose of obtaining a referral reward. 

Referral rewards may not be earned by:

• Referring oneself;
• Splitting a single household's booking into separate reservations for the purpose of earning a referral reward;
• Creating or arranging a reservation primarily to obtain a referral reward; or
• Referring an immediate household member who is traveling as part of the same household booking.

For purposes of this Program, Immediate Household Members include spouses/domestic partners, parents, children, siblings, or other individuals residing in the same household.

2. Qualifying Cruise

A Qualifying Cruise is a cruise booked through Hello Luxury Vacation with a commissionable cruise fare actually paid to the cruise line of at least $2,500 per reservation/cabin.

The Qualifying Cruise Fare excludes:

• Taxes;
• Port fees;
• Gratuities;
• Travel insurance;
• Airfare;
• Transfers;
• Excursions;
• Onboard purchases; and
• Other non-commissionable charges or fees.

Referral rewards are calculated based on the qualifying cruise fare for each eligible reservation/cabin.

3. How to Receive a Referral

To qualify for a referral reward, the referred traveler must provide the referrer's full name and email address at the time of booking.

Referrals submitted after the referred guest's booking has been made cannot be honored.

Only one referrer may receive a referral reward per qualifying reservation/cabin. If multiple individuals claim the same referral, Hello Luxury Vacation will determine eligibility based on the first valid referral recorded in writing.

4. Referral Reward Amounts

Eligible referrers may receive future cruise credit based on the qualifying cruise fare:

Qualifying Cruise Fare                                     

• $2,500–$4,999 per reservation/cabin  - Referral Reward: $200 Future Cruise Credit
• $5,000 or more per reservation/cabin  - Referral Reward: $400 Future Cruise Credit

A referrer may earn rewards for multiple qualifying referrals, subject to a maximum of $1,000 in total referral rewards issued per calendar year.

5. When the Referral Reward Is Earned

The referral reward will be issued only after all of the following conditions have been satisfied:

1. The referred guest has completed the qualifying cruise;
2. Hello Luxury Vacation has received any applicable commission from the cruise line;
3. The reservation has not been canceled, refunded, transferred, or otherwise reversed; and
4. The reservation continues to meet all Program requirements.

If a qualifying reservation is canceled and subsequently rebooked, the replacement reservation must independently satisfy all Program requirements to qualify for a referral reward.

6. Use of Future Cruise Credit

Future Cruise Credit (“Referral Credit”) is:

• Funded solely by Hello Luxury Vacation;
• Required to be applied to the referrer's next qualifying cruise booking made through Hello Luxury Vacation;
• Non-transferable;
• Not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents; and
• Valid for 24 months from the date of issuance.

Referral Credit is subject to applicable cruise-line policies regarding the application and use of agency-funded credits.

7. Program Limitations and Fraud Prevention

Hello Luxury Vacation reserves the right to verify the validity of any referral and to deny or revoke a referral reward in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, manipulation, duplicate referrals, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Referral rewards are calculated per qualifying reservation/cabin and remain subject to the $1,000 maximum reward issued per calendar year.

Hello Luxury Vacation's determination regarding eligibility for a referral reward will be final.

8. Program Changes or Termination

Hello Luxury Vacation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

Any changes to the Program will not affect referral rewards that have already been earned and confirmed under the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time the qualifying referral was made.

9. Cruise Line Disclaimer

Hello Luxury Vacation is an independent travel agency and is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any cruise line companies.

All referral rewards are funded solely by Hello Luxury Vacation and are not provided, sponsored, or funded by the cruise lines.

The use of a cruise line's name in these Terms & Conditions is solely for the purpose of identifying the cruise line to which the referral reward applies.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Hello Luxury Vacation Cruise Referral Rewards Program, the referrer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Hello Luxury Vacation reserves the right to interpret and administer these Terms & Conditions in a manner consistent with the intent of the Program.
